3 day Basic CM System Administration
This class is designed for System Administrators who need to know all basic aspects of programming their Avaya Communication Manager 8-7- 6.x or older. All Version differences are covered. Training is customized for the experience level of attendees. Troubleshooting and Maintenance covered. No telecom experience necessary. Avaya Certification learning provided. Training done on System Manager and ASA.

This class is designed for experienced System Administrators who need to know how to implement all the newer system capabilities (including new CM 8.0 applications) as well as the more complex areas of programming like Call Center Vectoring, Call Center Features and Reports, ARS, Attendant Vectoring, IP Softphone, EC500, Val Manager, Meet-me Conf, No Hold Conference, etc.

1 1/2 day Business Advocate and Advanced Call Center
This class is designed to teach implementation of Business Advocate Features for Call Center Elite. Business Advocate Features covered included: Predictive Wait Time, Reserve Skills, Dynamic Queue Positioning, Dynamic Percent Allocation etc.. Also covered in this class are the more complex Call Center features like Variables and Reporting.

1 day Avaya Aura Messaging or CMM System Administration
This class is designed for System Administrators who are managing the CMM Voice Mail or Aura Messaging Voice Mail. It covers all areas of Voice Mail including: Auto-Attendants, Outcalling, Broadcast, E-mail Integration, Fax Messaging and Multi-Media Messaging, Reports and Class of Services mailboxes.

2 hour CMS Supervisor Training
This class is designed for call center supervisors to understand CMS reports. Students will learn the software used to control call flow (vectoring) as well as an explanation of the CMS reports. Also covered are designer reports, agent skill changes, scripts and custom reports.
