Attending Mary's class at Carroll University in WI was easily the most valuable professional development I've taken part in.  You not only learn the Avaya CM, but you get to practice on your own switch using real examples.  Mary allows students to ask as many questions as they want and is willing to work through problems that students may have.  Every student gets a binder to follow along with and take notes.  The binder is full of tricks of the trade and can be referenced whenever you have a problem back in the office.  My binder hasn't left my desk.  The CM Class is well worth the time and Money!
